Proposal
The pre-planning application seeks feedback on the following proposed works: 

1.    Proposed new roof terrace (at third floor to provide amenity for employees) with possible planters.
2.    Proposed new shading brise-soleil along south and west facing facades;
3.    Proposed new solar panels (for third floor);
