The property was probably built around 1860, and it's located near River Thames. 

FACTS:

  • Proposed new rear extension (4.7 x 3.6 m).

  • Proposed new front entrance porch (2 x 1.3 m).

  • Proposed replacement of all windows with new double glazing, timber frames, painted white, to match existing openings and existing glazing.

  • Proposed materiality of the exterior – proposed removal of the non-breathing façade paint, and re-paint in new white/neutral paint render, white frames to windows & brown walnut doors.
