4 x House extension options

Brief

  • Proposed new rear extension and Ground Floor renovation to allow for an open plan kitchen-dining-living room. Option 1 rear extension – 6m (depth) x 17 m (single story);

  • Proposed front elevation remodel, to include new entrance – 1.3 x 6 m (double story);

  • Proposed internal renovation & layout change at ground floor (including new stairs with double height void, hallway change & potential new windows etc); at first floor (the addition of en-suite for each bedroom); new second floor (to allow for master bedroom with his/her en suite);

  • Proposed total area 506 sqm; (from existing floor area: 256 sqm);
